Hours Description: Full-Time

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this multi-task position requires strong technical knowledge and experience in food marketing, high standards in merchandising and customer service along with the ability to organize and delegate. Leadership and excellent interpersonal skills are critical to success and future advancement. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and a positive and ambitious attitude.

Duties include:

  • Exceptional Customer Service 
  • Leadership through the management team to approximately 15 employees
  • Sales, margins, expenses, and inventory
  • Ensuring that all standards, marketing efforts, employee relations, and asset protection standards are maintained
  • Development of annual budgets and ensuring that claims, invoices and all other administrative paperwork is completed in a timely manner
  • Leadership style that is able to bring out exceptional performance from their team
  • A drive to deliver exceptional customer service that will have a positive impact on our brand
  • Focus on employee engagement
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Quality communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to grow sales and maintain budgeted margins and expenses
